The first-phase neighborhood will be called Loraloma and have 450 cottages, villas, estates, and custom homesites. Homes will range from two to five bedrooms and 2,500 to 10,000 sf. Amenities include a swimming hole, fishing pond, and golf course that's set to begin construction this fall and open in 2024. The golf campus will have a clubhouse and restaurant, wellness facility, pickleball courts, and boutique hotel.
Sales for Loraloma's homes open this summer with 25 initial lots. Utah-based Areté Collective LP is the developer. | Austin Business Journal
