2,200-acre luxury community underway in Spicewood

SPICEWOOD – Thomas Ranch, a 2,200-acre luxury community at 26400 SH 71, will break ground on its first phase this month.

The first-phase neighborhood will be called Loraloma and have 450 cottages, villas, estates, and custom homesites. Homes will range from two to five bedrooms and 2,500 to 10,000 sf.

Amenities include a swimming hole, fishing pond, and golf course that’s set to begin construction this fall and open in 2024. The golf campus will have a clubhouse and restaurant, wellness facility, pickleball courts, and boutique hotel.

Sales for Loraloma’s homes open this summer with 25 initial lots.
