​FRISCO – Construction has begun on a new business park on Rockhill Pkwy.

The 575,000-sf Frisco Trade Center will include three industrial buildings. The first building will be 262,354 sf.

Dalfen Industrial is the developer. JLL will handle leasing. 

The park will open later this year.
