DALLAS – A 65-year-old downtown high-rise is being turned into apartments.

The 187,000-sf office building at 211 N. Ervay St. will be converted into 238 rental units.

Construction starts this summer and will be finished in 18 months.

The tower was built​ in 1958 by Leo Corrigan and designed by Thomas Stanley. It is one of several older office buildings being converted by owner Kenny Wolfe.
