HOUSTON – Diamond Offshore Drilling Inc. has signed a headquarters lease for 62,584 sf at One Eldridge at 777 N. Eldridge Pkwy.

The company will occupy the ninth, 11th, and top floors of the 12-story, 245,315-sf office building, which is part of a three-building office campus.

Built in 1986, the Eldridge campus has undergone a $10 million renovation in recent years, and Eldridge One is now considered a Class A office building.

Amenities include an outdoor lounge and updated lobbies. At the center of the complex is a coffee bar, a fitness center with virtual classes, lockers and showers, and three conference rooms, including a training facility and phone room. A restaurant is also in the works.

The move, planned for the fourth quarter of this year, will be a downsize from the 98,088 sf the company currently occupies at 15415 Katy Fwy.

JLL and Transwestern represented Diamond Offshore in the lease transaction, with Granite representing the landlord.
