368-home build-to-rent neighborhood underway in Marvida

​​​CYPRESS – Clay Residential has started work on the Willow at Marvida, a build-to-rent neighborhood in Starwood Land’s 856-acre master-planned community.

The project will have 134 single-family homes and 234 paired townhomes.

The three- to five-bedroom rental homes will range from 1,382 to 2,900 sf and include attached two-car garages.

The neighborhood is adjacent to Marvida’s planned The Island Amenity Village with a pool, lazy river, splash pad, playground, sports courts, and dog park.

The first homes are expected to be delivered next month with full buildout in 2026.​
