Midlothian gets even ‘bedder’ with new furniture store

​​MIDLOTHIAN – Grand Prairie-based Home Zone Furniture will begin construction on a new distribution building this summer.

The 740,000-sf project will cost $44 million. Construction is slated to finish in summer 2024. It will be on US 287.

The architect is Pross Design Group Inc. 

Home Zone Furniture has nearly two dozen stores in DFW and surroundings areas.
