PLANO – Renovations will soon begin on an industrial building leased to defense and aerospace contractor Raytheon.

The 236,000-sf building consists of offices and labs. The renovation will include site improvements, security fencing, guard shacks, paving modifications, and finishing out of all four stories.

Adolfson & Peterson Construction will do the work. It will be completed by the end of 2023.
