342-unit Alta Blakey slated for Bastrop

BASTROP – Wood Partners and SCOA Real Estate Partners have broken ground on Alta Blakey, a 342-apartment complex at FM 969 and Blakey Lane.

The development will have one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 723 to 1,580 sf.

Amenities are a business center with private conference rooms, resort-style pool, sun loungers and cabanas, outdoor grilling stations, televisions, yard games on-site dog park, clubhouse, and fitness center.

Blakey Lane Builders LLC, a Wood Partners affiliate, is the general contractor. The architect is Design Balance Inc.
