McAllen: Conn’s signs 353,602-SF Class A lease

McALLEN – Conn’s Inc. has leased an entire 353,602-sf distribution facility at 6900 International Pkwy. in the Sharyland Business Park. Worthington Property Investments LLC owns the facility.

The facility benefits from the park’s convenient proximity to U.S. Expy. 83 and the Anzalduas International Trade Bridge that offers a direct distribution route between the U.S. and Mexico border.

Other high-profile tenants within the Class A, 1,200-acre industrial park include Panasonic, Emerson Electric, Black & Decker and Motorola.
