FRISCO – Construction will restart next month at stalled Wade Park.
The $2 billion project was renamed The Mix and will include housing, offices, retail, and hotels.
Gamma Real Estate seized the 175-acre property after debt defaults, halting construction in 2019. They partnered with JVP Management on the project.
A medical office will be the first building constructed. It will be at Lebanon Rd. and Parkwood Blvd. CallisonRTKL Inc. was the designer.
