The project includes two four-story buildings with one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 629 to 1,507 sf. It will have surface parking and attached garages, resort-style pool, club room, fitness center, dog park, and an outdoor kitchen. The first units will be available for prelease this summer, and the first move-ins are expected in September. The complex is slated to be completed early next year. | Houston Business Journal
