Geo-data company inks 75K-sf lease in Energy Corridor

​​​​HOUSTON – Fugro has signed a 75,000-sf lease in Republic Square, a 35-acre office campus at 13501 Katy Fwy.

The four-story, 325,000-sf building completed two years of renovations with future plans for office space, apartments, retail space, and boutique hotel.

Fugro plans to make the move at the end of the year after building out the new office space.
