PEARLAND – Healgen Scientific, a company that develops, manufactures, and commercializes in-vitro diagnostic test systems, is constructing its new headquarters facility in Lower Kirby.
The four-story, 118,000 sf HQ will be on 6.4 acres at the southwest corner of Hooper Rd. and Beltway 8. The facility is expected to bring over 200 jobs to Pearland.
Healgen also plans to build a two-story, 29,700 sf laboratory at the northwest corner of Hooper Rd. and N. Spectrum Blvd.
