​​FORT WORTH – Hillwood's AllianceTexas is about to be home to a new, nearly 225,000-sf spec industrial building. 

This warehouse project​ will be in the Alliance Center East business park on I-35W. It will cost about $15 million, and it is expected to open in early 2024. 

RGA Architects designed it.

The mixed-use AllianceTexas development spans 27,000 acres, including roughly 55 million sf of commercial buildings.​
