HOUSTON – GT Leach Constructors and Rama Cos. will break ground this summer on The Beverly, a six-unit luxury condo midrise at 5010 Longmont Dr. in the Tanglewood area.​​

Each unit will take up one floor and be accessible by one of two elevators that will open into a secure foyer. Units start at $4 million.

The four-bedroom and four-and-one-half-bath floor plans will span 4,378 sf with 370-sf terraces. The second floor will have a 2,000-sf wrap-around terrace.

Delivery is tentatively set for December 2024.​
