SAN ANTONIO – Oxbow Development Group will build a hotel on a public parking lot at 1210 East Elmira St. near the San Antonio River.
The unnamed hotel will have 151 rooms, 13,500 sf of meeting space, and a rooftop bar.
Don B. McDonald Architects is attached to the project. The Studio is slated to be the interior designer.
Ground is expected to break in early 2024 with a two-year construction period.
