188-acre industrial project coming to San Antonio

​​​​SAN ANTONIO — Koontz Corp. will build Frontera Logistics Supersite, a 188-acre industrial project inside Loop 410.

Current plans include up to 2.8 million sf of manufacturing and warehouse space across eight buildings with parking for 3,350 cars and 812 trailers.

Olson Properties represented the sellers in the disposition of 11 parcels of land. Koontz Corp. was self-represented. 

Beaty Palmer Architects is designing the project, and Partners Real Estate will handle marketing and leasing.
