​DUNCANVILLE – Candlelight Park, a 128-unit apartment complex at 1407 Acton Ave., has been sold.

Built in 1980, the property has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 688 to 1,078 sf.

Amenities include a playground and onsite laundry facilities.

Northmarq represented the seller and arranged fixed-rate Freddie Mac acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer.
