Phase I of Anna Village mixed-use project begins

​​​ANNA – Beall Development has broken ground on the first phase of Anna Village, a mixed-use project near US 75.

The project at 125 S. Standridge Blvd. will have a rental community with 317 apartments, a resort pool with lazy river in the shape of Texas, club and lounge areas, fitness center, dog park, private offices for residents, and garages and covered parking.

UD Architects of Addison designed the project. Spring Valley Construction is the general contractor.

Completion is slated for January 2025.

A second phase will have five acres of restaurants and retail.
