​​BROOKSHIRE – Excel CRE is starting construction on the second phase of Casa de Campo, a manufactured home community at 34371 Wilson Rd.

Phase 2 will add 133 manufactured homes, bringing the total to 205 on the 36-acre property.

The two- to four-bedroom, two-bathroom homes range from 1,024 to 1,568 sf and cost between $75,000 and $120,000.​
