Samsung signs 132K-sf AllianceTexas industrial lease expansion

​​FORT WORTH – Samsung HVAC America has signed a 132,000-sf industrial lease expansion at 776 Henrietta Creek Rd.

Samsung now occupies all 360,000 sf of Alliance Gateway 55.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. The landlord, Hillwood, was internally represented.
