Baylor St. Luke’s McNair Medical Campus to open new medical tower

HOUSTON – The O’Quinn Medical Tower at the Baylor St. Luke’s McNair Medical Campus at 6624 Fannin St. will open to the public in April.

The 12-story, more than 400,000-sf tower is the newest addition to the existing McNair Hospital Tower originally opened on the McNair campus in 2019.

The O’Quinn Medical Tower will be an outpatient care facility and the new clinical home for their comprehensive cancer center. The medical tower also expands the ambulatory surgery center with 12 new operating rooms, ten new endoscopy suites, and more than 70 new exam rooms, all with state-of-the-art imaging and treatment equipment.

Amenities include balcony gardens, curated artwork, food options, retail spaces, and green space.
