782-unit DFW multifamily portfolio sold

DALLAS – A portfolio of three multifamily properties totaling 782 units has been sold.

The portfolio consists of:

• Mercer Park, a 248-unit property in Arlington built in 1984;
• Timber Oaks, an apartment complex totaling 264 affordable housing units in Grand Prairie built in 2003; and
• Plum Meadow, a 270-market-rate-unit apartment complex in the Redbird area, built in 1984.
