Tyler area $10M FedEx Ground-leased building sold in Lindale

LINDALE – A 163,378-sf industrial building located at 800 Lindale Industrial Parkway has been purchased for $10.3 million by Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation. The property is net-leased for ten years to FedEx Ground Package System Inc.

The building is situated on approximately 18 acres just outside of Tyler and is expandable.
