MAGNOLIA – Empire Continental will begin selling homes this summer in Emory Glen, a 221-acre master-planned community along FM 1488 and Iron Ore Rd.
The 800 homes will be on 40- to 50-ft homesites. Prices will start in the upper $200,000s.
Amenities will include walking trails, playground, pool, pavilion, and green space.
Work started on the community late last year. It will have more than 800 homes at buildout.
