Works starts on phase two of Fort Worth industrial project
FORT WORTH – EastGroup Properties has started on the second phase of Basswood 35, an industrial development at Basswood Blvd. and I-35 W.
Phase II will have three buildings totaling over 351,000 sf. The smallest will be 89,741 sf, and the largest two will each be 130,750 sf.
The buildings will include rear- and front -load configurations and multiple storefront entries.
Construction will wrap in fourth quarter 2023.
The 61.45-acre, master-planned development will consist of seven buildings totaling 882,000 sf at full build out. Phase I, two buildings totaling 237,400 sf, was fully pre-leased to four tenants prior to its delivery.
Stage three will include a 96,000-sf rear load and 197,400-sf cross dock building.
NAI will handle leasing.
