Phase II will include a four-story, 147,000-sf building at SH 121 and Carrollton Pkwy. It will cost $30 million.
Completion is slated for June 2024.
Phase I, a 109,000-sf building, was completed in 2020.
Future phases will include up to 2,000 multifamily units, three million sf of office space, and as many as 500 hotel rooms. There will be 35 buildings connected by outdoor trails.
