PORT ARTHUR – Construction has begun on The Renaissance at Lakeshore Apartments, a 76-unit affordable apartment complex at 920 Procter St.
About 70 percent of the units will be reserved for low- and moderate-income individuals.
The majority of the $21 million cost will be funded by the General Land Office.
