ROCKWALL – Seefried Industrial Properties and USAA Real Estate have broken ground on Rockwall Park 30, a 315,440-sf logistics center off I-30.
The 23-acre site will have two rear-load buildings with 32-ft clear heights, 88 dock-high doors, and four grade-level doors.
KBC Advisors is leasing the development, which will deliver in the fourth quarter.
