HOUSTON – Texas Inter-Faith Housing Corp. is developing a $23 million affordable senior housing project.
Called Westheimer Garden Villas, the project will consist of 85 one- and two-bedroom units.
The majority of these units will be reserved for renters 55 and older who earn between 30 and 60 percent of area median income.
