AUSTIN – The Morgan Group Inc. is developing Pearl Burnet MF, a seven-story, 400,543-sf multifamily property at 11901 Burnet Rd.
Designed by STG Design, the 345-unit tower will have a four-level parking garage.
Construction on the $70 million project begins March 17 and will wrap up in February 2025.
