GRAND PRAIRIE – MCR has purchased the Courtyard Dallas Grand Prairie, a four-story, select-service hotel at 2850 S. SH 161.
Opened in 2021, the 120-room hotel has a full-service restaurant and bar, outdoor pool, putting green, patio bar and fire pit, fitness center, 24-hour business center, and 2,000 sf of meeting space.
This is MCR’s eighth hotel in the Dallas area and its 39th hotel in Texas.
