SAN ANTONIO – Two Marriott-branded properties have been sold to IRAS Group.
The Courtyard by Marriott at 11605 SH 51 and Fairfield Inn & Suites SeaWorld/Westover Hills at 4026 Wiseman Blvd. have a combined 277 rooms.
Hunter Hotel Advisors represented the seller.
