HOUSTON – A partnership between Bascom Group and Cadre has acquired The Montierra, a 346-unit apartment community.
Sueba USA developed the property at 2345 Sage Rd. in 2003.
The community has one- to three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, lounge, movie theater, business center, and outdoor grilling stations.
JLL represented the seller and arranged acquisition financing through California Bank & Trust.
