SCHERTZ – MEI Rigging & Crating LLC has signed a 112,935-sf industrial lease at Doerr Lane Logistics Center.
The asset, which is under construction and will deliver in February 2023, is 75 percent preleased.
Partners represented the landlord, an entity doing business as Baltiss-Ackerman Schertz LLP. ATCAP Partners represented the tenant.
Recently, Quality Custom Distribution signed a 116,187-sf lease at the project.
