FORT WORTH – The 10 Federal Texas Portfolio, a three-property, five-acre self-storage portfolio, has been sold for $6.4 million.
The 585-unit, 68,030-rentable-sf portfolio includes assets at 6129 Vega Dr. and 920 Oak Grove Rd. in Fort Worth and 601 S. I-35 Service Rd. in DeSoto.
It includes drive-up storage and outdoor parking and was 86 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.
