​​​HOUSTON – Baker Katz has arranged three retail leases in the Houston area for Eōs Fitness.

The leases include:

• 51,130 sf in Sugar Land,
• 42,000 sf in Atascocita, and
  
• 51,130 sf in Katy.

The Sugar Land location will open in 2024, and the Atascocita​ and Katy locations will open in 2025.

Whitestone REIT, First Hartford Realty, and Excel Commercial Real Estate represented the landlords in each deal.
