HOUSTON – RPM Living has acquired Ashton on West Dallas, a 246-unit luxury apartment community at 1616 W. Dallas St.
The four-story complex has one- and two-bedroom apartments averaging between 608 and 1,399 sf.
Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, clubhouse, business center, lounge, and dog park.
Amerant Bank provided acquisition financing.
