The project has studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 588 to 1,674 sf. There will also be 32 townhomes averaging 1,902 sf.
Amenities include a pet park, conference room, art studio, pool, clubroom, fitness center, golf simulator, and library.
The Louise is part of the second phase of the 2,000-acre Viridian mixed-use development.
Phase I of the development, The Jackson, totals 340 units and was completed last year.
