​​​​​SAN ANTONIO – Cottonwood Group and Texsun Holdings have acquired Trailside, a 240-unit multifamily ​complex at 8120 Mainland Dr.

The community has one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 662 to 982 sf.

Amenities include a pool, fitness center, business center, clubhouse, and outdoor grilling and dining stations.

Newmark arranged the sale. Trailside was 94 percent occupied at the time of sale.​
