FORT WORTH – Vertical Ventures has purchased two office buildings totaling 230,000 sf in CentrePort south of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
The first property is a 125,000-sf building built in 2000 at 14800 Trinity Blvd. The second property, built in 2007, is a 108,000-sf facility at 4950 Amon Carter Blvd.
Transwestern represented the seller, KDC.
