THE WOODLANDS – The Woodlands Mall is undergoing a two-phase, $100 million expansion.
Plans call for an open-air, mixed-use commercial center with at least 80,000-sf of retail space, a 200-room full-service hotel, a 125-room select-service hotel, and 1,200-spot multilevel parking garage.
The first phase includes 45,000 sf of retail space and at least one of the hotels.
The phases will deliver in 2028 and 2033.
