TYLER – Cottonwood Development has completed the Northeast Texas Cancer and Research Institute.
The 85,000-sf research facility is at 501 S. Saunders Ave. in the Christus Trinity Mother Frances–Tyler.
It has 34,500 sf of clinic space for medical, radiation, and gynecologic oncology services; a pharmacy; lab services; 7,500-sf advanced imaging center; patient exercise area; and six-story, 620-car parking garage.
The project broke ground in May 2021.
