NEW CANEY – First America Homes has started on The Landing, a single-family housing project at 22104 Judy Ct.
The community will have six floor plans ranging from 1,346 to 1,997 sf. Move-in ready homes range from $274,092 to $327,551.
Construction will continue until the community is closed out. Home sales began in May.
