KERRVILLE – A partnership between Sendero Cross Capital and WindRidge Real Estate is developing Tivy Commons, a 25-acre mixed-use project.

The site formerly housed Tivy Middle School and High School, which closed in 2021. Sections of the original gym floor have been preserved by the Kerrville Independent School District.

The project will include 250 to 300 multifamily units, 150,000 to 200,000 sf of retail and restaurant space, and hotel and entertainment uses.

Demolition will be complete in first quarter 2023 with construction of retail pad sites starting soon after. Retail boxes and multifamily buildings will begin later that year.
