SPRING – Medcore Partners and Acron USA have started on phase two of Spring Cypress Senior Living at 16306 Spring Cypress Rd.
The $93 million expansion will add 138 active adult and independent-living residences and 12 memory-care units.
Phase I, codeveloped with National Realty Group, opened in 2018. It has 80 assisted-living and memory-care units.
The 19-acre campus will be complete in September 2024.
BOK Bank provided financing.
