LUBBOCK – MRE Capital and Structure Development have transformed the 20-story Metro Tower into an affordable housing high-rise.
The 90-unit project at 1220 Broadway St. has efficiency and one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Rents range from $750 to $1,000.
Residences are on floors four through 17. The bottom three floors are reserved for commercial amenities.
The renovation cost $25 million.
