DALLAS – Harwood International has topped out Harwood No. 14, a 27-story office building at 2801 N. Hardwood St.
The 360,000-sf building has 17,000 sf of retail and restaurant space. It is 70 percent preleased.
Construction began in March 2021. Full completion is slated for 2023.
