​​​FORT WORTH – Miyama USA Texas and Dodson Commercial Real Estate have completed The Rosedale, a 59​-unit student housing project serving Texas Wesleyan University​.

The 100-bed, three-story building at 3228 E. Rosedale St. ​has one- and two-bedroom units.

Amenities include a lounge, fitness center, conference room, rooftop patio, and study lab.
