KATY – Partners Capital has acquired Mason Point Shopping Center at 510-514 S. Mason Rd. & 535 Applewhite Dr.
The 99,001-sf warehouse and retail asset was 90 percent leased at the time of sale.
JLL represented the seller.
The sale was through the Partners Fund IV Investment vehicle. Origin Bank provided financing.
